Your v77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any other individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account concerned and forfeiture of any associated balance.
v77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except where USDT is expressly selected, in which case the PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate applies.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. v77 reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. v77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit made from a payment method not registered in your name may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by v77 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Where winnings are generated from bonus funds prior to completion of wagering, those winnings remain subject to the outstanding wagering requirement. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, you may not place any single bet exceeding Rs 2,000 (or the equivalent in a game's denomination). Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus wagering may be voided and associated winnings forfeited at v77's discretion.
v77 monitors for patterns indicative of systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, and co-ordinated exploitation through linked accounts. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses removed and balances adjusted accordingly.
All bets and wagers placed on v77 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the display of odds, prices, or game outcomes, v77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. All game outcomes determined by certified RNG software or verified live dealer action are final once settled. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on v77 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
v77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account involved in prohibited conduct and to withhold or confiscate any balance associated with such conduct, subject to applicable legal requirements.
All content on the v77 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and interface design — is the intellectual property of v77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any v77 content without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v77 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds or profits arising from your use of the platform; (b) any technical failures, interruptions, or data loss outside v77's reasonable control; (c) decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform; or (d) any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses. v77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Upon lawful termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that were subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of applicable verification.
